Liz trains clients of all ages and fitness levels, with special emphasis on women’s fitness and health and wellness for older adults. ​She believes in a fun, progressive approach to fitness, using functional movement to improve strength, flexibility and balance.  While Liz respects individual boundaries and perceptions of ability, she feels that in order for clients to progress they must be challenged and pushed beyond their comfort zones.  ​Her primary goals are to help clients feel confident in their abilities no matter what their fitness level or athletic background, and to build self-esteem and a positive body image.  In her spare time Liz can be found soaring through the air on the Flying Trapeze and aerial hoop.
